Apple Cider Mojito
1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay White Rum
3 oz. apple cider
.25 oz. lime juice
2 oz. club soda
5-7 mint sprigs
lime slice and mint, for garnish
Muddle mint and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime slice and fresh mint.
