Launched in 2023, the Advance Programme on Human Rights and Sustainable Development (APOHS) is UNRISD’s flagship training for young professionals. Now in its third edition, from 23 June to 2 July it welcomed 10 participants from Korea, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, who learned from leading UN experts and researchers from World Trade Organization (WTO), Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), World Health Organization (WHO), International Labour Organization (ILO), World Economic Forum (WEF). Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, they gained skills, built networks, and prepared to drive change worldwide.
