It is finally time! Today we are diving into the gameplay of Apidya' Special, the native 24-bit remake of the legendary horizontal shoot 'em up originally released in 1992 on the Commodore Amiga.

In this video, we test the game on Nintendo Switch/2, checking out both the modern HD widescreen graphics and the faithful 4:3 classic mode with CRT scanline filters enabled. We will fly through the beautiful yet deadly fields and ponds across the 5 themed worlds, fighting giant insect bosses—all powered by the incredible, newly remixed soundtrack by the legendary Chris Hülsbeck!
