Joel Michalowitz will discuss the work of Burkhard Heim and Heim Theory, Greg Cathcart will discuss Anomalous Transit Detection, and Gene Sticco will discuss newly discovered Soviet-era UFO Reverse-Engineering documents. We’ll also be hearing updates from our lab partners and finishing off the event with an open discussion by conference attendees!
12:00pm PT – Joel Michalowitz – Heim Theory
Joel will be presenting the second in a series of talks on Heim Theory. The first focused on Burkhard Heim’s life and the philosophical foundations of his work and possible propulsion ideas. This follow-up dives into the core ideas and mathematical structures underlying Heim’s theory, including key equations and ideas from his original publications. Topics will include the six-dimensional polymetric space R6\mathcal{R}_6, the role of the metron as a quantized unit of spacetime, and the formal structure of Heim’s mass formula. The session aims to give a short and accessible surface level overview of the theoretical framework that Heim developed over decades to unify matter, gravity, and fundamental interactions.
1:00pm PT – Greg Cathcart – Anomalous Transit Detection
Greg will discuss the scientific, engineering & technical challenges involved with detecting “anomalous transit” by UAP. This is an expansive topic, and in this presentation Greg will focus on the “what, why, and how” of detecting UAP with a variety of instrumentation and methodologies, as well as providing case examples of past UAP data collected by various official sources.
2:00pm PT – Gene Sticco – Engineering Infinity: The Hidden Legacy of a Soviet UFO Engineer
Gene will be discussing his discovery of private technical notes left behind by his father-in-law, a Soviet-era Russian engineer who became involved with UFO reverse-engineering and the analysis of other cosmic phenomena. In addition to the massive amount of technical information itself, Gene will touch on the mindsert & engineering approach his father in law used while drafting them, and how that may relate to modern ideas in the alt propulsion community.

Learn about hands-on engineering & technical research on advanced propulsion experiments by our lab partners. Jarod Yates provides updates on Art’s Parts UFO sample research, materials analysis and research into quasicrystals; Drew Aurigema provides updates on his electrostatic propulsion device research & testing, and Curtis Horn describes the latest research for Dr. James Woodward’s MEGA-Drive team.
4:00pm PT – Open Discussion & Ad-Hoc Presentations
