George Fedorovsky introduces the Russian Society for the Anomalous Research Preservation, Joel Michalowitz provides an introduction to Heim Theory, John Brandenburg will discuss Microbial Life on Mars, Gary Stephenson provides a detailed overview of Gravitational Field Propulsion Techniques, and Isaiah Ritchey discusses Searl Effect Generator Construction. We’ll also be hearing updates from our lab partners and finishing off the event with an open discussion by conference attendees!

00:00 - Introduction

05:42 - George Fedorovsky - Russian Anomalous Research

George will discuss the current state of UAP research in Russia, and describe his work with RUSARP, the Russian Society for the Anomalous Research Preservation. George was one of the principle investigators of the 1986 Dalnegorsk Incident, and involved with scientific organizing & communications related to paranormal & unexplained phenomena in the Russian Federation.

1:01:40 - Joel Michalowitz - Heim Theory

Joel will be presenting the first in a series of discussions on Heim Theory, beginning with an overview of the life of Burkhard Heim and an introduction to propulsion-related aspects of Heim Theory. Heim was a reputable German physicist noted for his work in emerging propulsion physics research.

2:06:02 - John Brandenburg - Microbial Life on Mars

John will present new Mars data suggesting microbial life has reached “Critical Mass”. In this presentation, he makes the case for extant microbial life on Mars, either currently in the past. He’ll also touch on concepts related to Panspermia, and Gil Levin’s re-examination of NASA Viking probe data, which could support the hypothesis for microbial respiration in Martian soil.

3:05:18 - Gary Stephenson - Gravitational Field Propulsion

Gary will discuss a number of proposed concepts for gravitational field propulsion from his presentation at Marcel Grossman 17. He will discuss classical approaches based on General Relativity theory, including Forward Coil Mass Flow Toroids, Tokamak Plasma Quadrupole Oscillators, EM wave to GW Conversion in Static EM Fields, and Classical GR Warp Drives, Worm Holes & Tractor Beams.

3:54:02 - Isaiah Ritchey - SEG Construction

Isaiah will discuss his ongoing project replicating the famous Searl Effect Generator design, and provide new details on imprinting & magnetization for the magnetic rollers. He is known for building & demonstrating multiple working SEG replications utilizing single-ring designs.

4:59:00 - Lab Partners - Experimental Research Updates

Learn about hands-on engineering & technical research on advanced propulsion experiments by our lab partners. Jarod Yates provides updates on Art’s Parts UFO sample research, materials analysis and research into quasicrystals; and Drew Aurigema provides updates on his electrostatic propulsion device research & testing.

5:32:06 - Tim Ventura - UAP Detection & Analysis

Tim Ventura describes 14 methods for detecting, tracking & analyzing UAP and summarizes key strengths and weaknesses for them. He proposes a multi-modal strategy for UAP detection across multiple spectrum to facilitate the collection of more detailed data.

5:59:28 - Lab Partners - Experimental Research Updates

Curtis Horn describes the latest research for Dr. James Woodward’s MEGA-Drive team.

6:20:50 - Open Discussion & Ad-Hoc Presentations

Conference guests interested in presenting experimental info to the group are invited to participate at this time, and our presenters will be available to take questions & discuss experiments.
