Apartment 13: The Note is a short psychological horror visual novel set inside Ashwood Apartments, an old building with twelve official units.

You play as Ethan Walker, the newest tenant in Apartment 06.

On his first night, Ethan finds a folded note outside his door:

DO NOT GO LOOKING FOR APARTMENT 13.

But Ashwood Apartments only has twelve apartments.

As Ethan investigates the note, the building begins to change around him. Records alter themselves. Memories disappear. Tenants forget what they once knew. A hidden room begins forcing its way back into reality.
