I started working on this project early 2020, the idea was to post my "60 years of Apache tribute version" in the summer. When it was time to play the lead guitar, family related covid-19 problems stopped my inspiration. The "60 years of Apache tribute" was never to be.
I listened to the bt some days ago. The idea to play a "61 years and 3 months celebration version" of Apache seemed a little far-fetched. Instead I played some variations and ended up with this - something I have named "Apache - In Disguise".
If you think some parts of my playing looks peculiar, you're right. The guitar is tuned F-Bb-D-G-B-E. It was necessary, don't think I can grow longer fingers at my age...😅
Gear used: Guitar: Fender Stratocaster -62 reissue Amp: Yamaha THR30IIW, Mixer: RCF F6-X Effects: Strymon Volante echo, Forest Green compressor Sound card: Focusrite Scarlett 6i6.
