Not the most scientific video but does give you an idea of how the internal surface of budget barrels compare. From the factory the AOLS required a much thorough clean than the ZCI. In shooting tests they performed very similar.
ZCI has slightly higher quality. The window cut on the AOLS can be a little rough but nothing 30 seconds with a hand-file wouldn't fix.
Sadly I've no tool to measure inner bore diameter or straightness accurately.
The difference in lighting is due to both video's being taken at different times, different spots. The ZCI has a light source at the end the AOLS doesn't. Taken with a 640 cheap snake.
