MelodyCrystel | Aoki Lapis as Adelina Morris - Ave Maria Arrangement @MelodyCrystel | Uploaded June 2018 | Updated October 2024, 2 days ago.
That's what happens when you watch “Detective Conan – Full Score of Fear” (German version: Die Partitur des Grauens) on Pro7Maxx and listen to a lately released Hatsune Miku album. ._.”
Truth be told: I had quickly completed the chants (weeks ago), but was then for a while distracted by other stuff. That's why the instruments and cover were done waaay later. Also, the file for DeviantArt was giving me some headache now – I was 2 MB over the maximum limit of 200 MB, so that I had to make the video (the pixels) smaller in favor of keeping an acceptable sound.
I hate the 720x576 a little bit due to the black stripes, to be honest, but that's the next-best high my preferred program for videos offers – and I really don't want to experiment with the settings just in order to lose more time.
Anyways... You may wonder: Why is this arrangement for Harvest Lunatone ( harvest-lunatone.deviantart.com )?
Well, the answer is pretty simple... We got a church. We got a religion. We got a goddess. In other words, the fundamental things common for Harvest Moon games. Usually, at least one bachelorette in the standard-versions loves to visit the holy building and / or prays to the Harvest Goddess. And in my beloved “Friends of Mineral Town”, even the music-festival is hold in the church as well.
Surely my character here is rather a being of logic. BUT Adelina is also a curious Gijinka plus loves music including such old pieces like “Ave Maria”. So, creating an arrangement for her shop's homepage with virtual instruments branded by the branch's company (as well as her own chant) appears like a good idea to her even though she doesn't walk every Sunday to the church. (In my head-canon, that building looks a lot like the one in FoMT.)
Funfact: The Harvest Goddess in “Hero of Leaf Valley” is in truth named Marina. (I bet you understand at least now why I couldn't resist to combine the song with the topic. x'3 )
