Same idea as the Celt strat, just for a civ with less DPS Spearmen. This works on about any civ, and I did it gear that can be earned by simply playing as a level 40. Getting a Basts' Bloodletter is recommended if you can find one for 5k or less.

E: Talatat Construction
P: Mustering
C: Athleticism
B: Mobilization
N: Frenzy
R: Conscription
I: Timber Hauling

Scout:
N/A (Optimally Zahhak, otherwise second best is Tiberius or Bast's Bloodletter, if broke use Hermes' Soot Stained or any damage sword.)
Athena's Blessed Tunic of Defense (Light Armor of Sargon for Light Armor Scouts)
Osiris' Golden Bandages

Spearman:
Pharaoh's Spear of Destiny
Apocalypse Breastplate (Chiton of the Wolf for cloth armor Spearmen)
Ramses' Heavy Gauntlets of the Sun or other dmg Gauntlets.

Villager:
Divine Hammer of Construction (Blessed Hammer of Construction also works)
N/A (Tunic of the Collector or Alligator-Hide Chiton is preferred)
N/A (Nebuchadnezzar's Blessed Wine or Exquisitely Salted Boar Loins helps)
