She empowers others to nourish their families, feel better naturally, and raise healthy kids without going crazy in the process. When she’s not busting myths about food, you can find her at church, having fun with family and friends, taking long walks, reading, or traveling. She is the author of Real Food for Rookies (for grown-ups) and soon a book about real food for kids!. Kelly lives near Grand Rapids, Michigan with her family. She’s been married to Kent for over 35 years and is also a former homeschooling mom to four great kids.
