United Common Records-affiliated lofi hip-hop producer .anxious. displays his compositional and technical piano skills on his latest track, Impressions. The track begins with vinyl record foley, with no other instrumentation. A solemn piano chord progression takes hold, resembling that of a funeral dirge, and doesn't let it's vice grip go on the listener until the final resolving chord. As the track progresses, it only becomes more beautiful. Impressions is the perfect song to put on while sad.
