This is a drum play through for 'Waves' by Olly Steele, off of his latest EP titled 'Imbalance'. I tracked drums for this EP a while back, and it's really exciting that the music is finally getting released. Olly and I have toured together on numerous occasions, whether in different bands or in the same band. Its great whenever he reaches out to work on music, and I always appreciate him trusting me with drum duties for his solo material. His music is always very challenging because he has a strong vision for what the drums should do and accomplish in his songs. It's a fun process because I get to incorporate some of my style while trying to retain a lot of his bigger picture vision for things.
