So I got home and decided I'd record a video - this all happened pretty spontaneously, haha. I didn't have as many ideas for instrumentation for this song as I only wrote this recently, so I kept it to piano.
I don't think I'll be doing my review videos anymore; I figure having the song as a standalone video is really more appropriate. Still, if anyone has any questions about any song I write I'll gladly respond!

The most controversial star, but really who could blame him?
Death never wanted the fame,
He gets so much hate mail that he's built a mountain
Is Death really a boy? No one knows
Has he ever brought you joy? No one chose to answer
Death doesn't like the exposure
He gets real nervous 'round the necromancers
Death doesn't like having fans
Death hates his job like a baguette hates France
And Death wants to give them a chance
But they always come up to him and cheer

Death will never tell us if there is an afterlife
That knowledge is exclusive to the people who have died
He's got a business card with your number on one side

Pentagrams and Ouija boards annoy him all the time
Death is more intelligent than he gets credit for
Death can speak all languages; so more than "nevermore"
Death will do his job wherever he's allowed to go
What's he working for? It's been so long he doesn't know
Sometimes Death makes quick work with a purpose to fulfill
Sometimes he takes longer when he loves the ones he kills
