Police were forced to intervene as masked demonstrators confronted a rival anti-racism march in Falkirk, triggering a tense street standoff.

Saturday’s Voices for Falkirk rally, billed as “The Right Unites”, gathered outside the Cladhan Hotel - a site that reportedly housed asylum seekers.
