You may have seen this video before as it's an older video however,
I've not been able to find another one like it that shows such a dynamic convergence
of Solar rays. Basically science is telling you that the V-shaped Solar Rays
you are looking at are actually parallel, it just appears that they are converging.
There is one major problem with that assessment, All Anticrepuscular or Antisolar Rays
always converge beyond the horizon (or below the horizon if you believe that model).
So once again, don't believe what your senses tell you, believe what science tells you.
I'm digging into this rare phenomena currently, what do you think this solar anomaly is?
