An 18-minute chronicle of a grown man's 10-hour struggle with EA's shitty servers

Haven't been able to play much. Of my 10 hours total spent streaming the VIP Demo, maybe 2 hours tops of it was actual gameplay. The rest of the time I was getting disconnected, kicked out, queuing, stuck on infinite loading screens, and bargaining with Dormammu.

I can't give a comprehensive review of the game itself since I was getting screwed by EA servers so hard it was difficult to even finish the otherwise short demo, but so far on PC a few problems stand out:

1) There's like this weird mouse deceleration effect you can't turn off. Combine this with how flying feels like there's some funky input lag, and half the time I feel like I'm drunk while piloting or shooting the javelin.

2) Underwater controls suck. Camera sensitivity is turned up to 11 and it's dark as hell and you don't know where or what you're doing

3) Connecting to other players is a nightmare in general.

If you are intending to play the free demo weekend next weekend, be prepared for an absolute shitshow. Don't say I didn't warn you.
