Alex Parengkuan notices a anterior pelvic tilt combined with duck feet and a kyphosis.
Maybe you wonder if Functional Patterns really works, just like me. Doing 7 years of experimenting with online knowledge and the following profession:
✔️ 14 Physiotherapists
✔️ 1 Chiropractor
✔️ 1 Knee surgeon with surgery
✔️ 1 Podiatrist
✔️ 2 Rolfers
✔️ David Berceli – TRE
✔️ Gerben Hierck - PDTR
✔️ Wim Hof – Wim Hof Method
✔️ Harry Hoogenbosch - Anatomy Trains
I learned a lot working with these people. Some problems got fixed, but a complete fix is still not there. So, I got obsessed with finding answers myself and stumbled upon Functional Patterns when I was diving into myofascial release and biomechanics. I reached out to Alex Parengkuan, head of Functional Patterns Netherlands in Rotterdam.
My injurie status at October 9th, 2017:
🔴 Shoulder impingement (left)
🔴 Bad Knee pain (left)
🔴 Breathing restriction
This is the first time I test Functional Patterns with a practitioner. In this video Alex checks my posture and notices duck feet and a posterior pelvic tilt plus kyphosis posture. We dive in to:
✔️ Functional Patterns anterior pelvic tilt
✔️ Anterior pelvic tilt fix with corrective exercice
✔️ Why myofascial release works better with reciprocal inhibition
✔️ How to retention the superfiscial back line
✔️ How to retention the glutes and hamstrings
✔️ How to fix a posterior pelvic tilt using kettlebels
✔️ Does Functional Patterns really work?
