ANTARCTICA Cover-Up - Myth or reality?

Antarctica used to be a tropical paradise, possibly not millions, but instead tens of thousands of years ago, as attested by various ancient maps. 
The Nazi had a keen interest in this frozen desert and had established secret facilities where otherworldly technology is believed to have been designed test.
Snow melting off the steep mountain peaks reveal what resembles huge pyramids, hinting at a remote race of builders with advanced capabilities. 
Are these few of the reasons why the South Pole had been declared a safe haven for almost a century now?
Are the powers that be salvaging the technology and resources left behind by Antarctica's long-forgotten inhabitants?
