Q: What is Pelletier's connection to the events of the Lahaina fire?
A: Roadblocks, and the cover up. He roadblocked every exit from the city during the fire, and directed people back TOWARDS THE DANGER, into the path of the fire. He was also the incident commander for the Mandalay Bay shooting and cover up in Las Vegas, the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history, and now he's somehow also in Maui, leading the cover up of the deadliest microwave fire in US history, as evidenced by the newly released After Action report that's full of holes.
Q: Why did you make that comment about Pelletier? Have you been threatened?
A: No. I try to make this channel a very fair and balanced channel. I'm not trying to convince you guys to see things my way. I also had very low expectations of Pelletier before listening to the meeting as well. I also may tend to play "devils advocate" by showing both sides of an issue to spur debate and see what stands up to intense scrutiny through the test of time.
Q: Was/is Pelletier the county coroner as well?
A: Yes. When Pelletier became chief there was no coroner, so he decided to cover that position himself, which is a clear conflict of interest, especially during yet another "critical event". Just like leaving Internal Affairs vacant for Deputy Hank to cover, because they would be investigating themselves after moving Ricky Uedoi to Moloka'i.
Q: So you guys don't have any Sheriffs?
A: Sheriffs are appointed in Hawaii, they aren't constitutional and they represent the administration.
Q: Have you seen the Chile fires"?
A: Yes, we have seen many similarities with Maui and elsewhere, and plan to cover that soon.
Q: What did hank mean when he said you guys just caught this knucklehead again with the Keiki operation ?
A: He was referring to mainlander Brandon Saffeels, a former Maui police officer who had already been fired for sexual harassment of multiple females, including a female officer. After leaving Maui PD he was again arrested, this time as part of an underage sting operation called Keiki Shield, where multiple people were arrested for trying to solicit minors, including Brandon Saffeels, who was previously associated with Maui PD until his arrest.

Q: How do we know that Terry Jones was chasing a purse snatcher when she crashed?
A: Terry Jones herself reported the theft to police dispatch, and was even still on the phone with them at the time of the crash. According to Terry herself, she was taking a nap with the windows down while delivering papers for her daughter [who stayed at home], and her purse was stolen through the open window. She woke up as this was happening and proceeded to chase their vehicle as they drove away. Robert Nelson and Jesselee Decoite would later be arrested and confess to the theft.
We have received confirmation of our request for her Motor Vehicle Accident report (and phone calls and body cams) from Maui PD, which will be processed in the next week or so, although uninvolved 3rd parties may only receive a redacted copy of the report.
