Homily from Fr. Matt Hartley at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on 8/26/18. Many might be asking Catholics why they are still Catholic with all of the scandals in the news. Our faith is not in individual men, be they priests, bishops or popes. Our faith is in God Himself, His Word, and His Kingdom. No amount of sins, even tragic vicious sins, can destroy the truth of God's Kingdom. You don't leave Jesus because of Judas.
