Actually one of my earlier designs which lay dormant for a year, the Peace Drone is #7 in the Experimental Airlines fleet of 10. It was designed to be a stable, easy to fly, collapsible FPV craft made with the usual EA foamboard techniques. It always draws a crowd among RC pilots and bystanders alike. It has a 60" main wingspan and a 30" canard wingspan and a 30" length, though nose extension pods are available. Typical payloads are FPV gear to include a GoPro. Flight times with 2x2200mAh packs are 20-25 minutes.
I originally named it the Peace Drone as a benign tongue-in-cheek label mixing the idea of peace with a term that increasingly refers to an implement of war. I respect that many RC pilots now object to the term "drone", and not without reason. I've added my lovely daughter's name to the title, opening up some variations in the name as well as acronyms that the scratchbuilder community might latch on to.
No matter what it's called it's a unique plane which is a breeze to build and fly. A detailed build video will go over the design and construction. Needed are three sections of Armin Wing, one spar of wood or carbon fiber, one section of fuselage tube, dowels or carbon fiber wing mount members, a suitable powerplant with 700-1500g of thrust , two servos, and two panels of Depron or foamboard for the vertical stabilizers.
