What happens when you combine Region Sum Lines with Counting Circles? Today Kaktuslav shows us with his new sudoku, Segment Counter. This is absolutely first class too (as we've come to expect from this wonderful setter) - just remember to do sudoku in your sudoku puzzle ;)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The 3x3 box borders divide each blue line into segments. Along any individual blue line, all segments have the same sum. Different blue lines may have different sums. If a circled cell on a blue line contains the digit N, then the digit N appears in exactly N segments of that blue line (including the segment containing the circle).
