G&L Guitars are the latest guitar brand to go under.
At first it was the furloughing employees, then layoffs.
Now it's sold trademarks, liquidated stock and terminated as a corporation.
It seems like they're gone and the most valuable asset, the Trademarks surrounding Leo Fender and now in the hands of Fender themselves.
