Body Camera Footage: The full incident was recorded on Officer Patterson’s body-worn camera. A later review of this footage by Deputy Police Chief Ryan Morgan confirmed that Patterson explicitly asked family members, "What happened to corporal punishment?" and affirmed at least twice that it was acceptable to strike the handcuffed 15-year-old."
