I saw a couple of cops sitting way back in a parking lot when I decided to approach them they took off. one did not have his headlights on so I yelled at him to turn his headlights on then he did and turned around and asked me what I said to him. he said he didn't have to have his headlights on because it was private property which is not true it's publicly accessible parking lots which means you have to follow laws.
