But due to complications between meeting over the summer with my fellow group members and putting this series off for a long time, we at the Greatest Video Game Character have decided to restart the contest. Apologies to all who voted before, but now we're restarting this thing in full force. We've reorganized the list, I've prettied up the video and I've made the rules MUCH clearer. Voting deadline ends on September 25, two weeks from the original post date.
