Hey everyone, it's time once again for the #HalloweenMegamix! We're so excited to be jumping in on our third year of Megamixing! Spread this video around to as many creators as possible so that we can get as many community members in on the project as we can!

"Gather up your Gourgeists and come along for the third annual Pokemon Halloween Megamix! Remixers and artists from all across the community come together to create a huge compilation of amazing remixes and artwork themed around the spooky Halloween season! Let’s jump into the special themes of this season:

Remixers, your challenge is to create a spooky or autumnal inspired remix of any song from the Pokemon video game franchise! Route themes, rival battles, legendary pokemon fights, it’s all up to your creative discretion!

For returning remixers, we have a special challenge for you themed around the upcoming #PokemonLetsGo Pikachu and Eevee games! We call this challenge: “Trick or Treat!” We want you to trick or treat around the Kanto Region, and throw in a sample from the original Pokemon Red, Blue, or Yellow games! You could use a section of a song, a Pokemon’s cry, or even some of the sound bites used to immerse players in the original games. Have fun with this one!

Visual artists, as always, we’re looking for your best spooky and playful Halloween themed designs for logos for the Pokemon Halloween Megamix! We’ve got some examples on screen now of past logos for the Halloween Megamix, so hopefully these will inspire you to create something amazing!

Formatting rules are the same as all other Megamixes, and can be found in the description below. Remixers, make sure to send us your remixes in .wav or .mp3 format, and to attach them to your email or host them on a website like Google Drive. Make sure we have complete access; otherwise, we might have trouble downloading your song! Visual artists, make sure you send your artwork as a .png file for that SWEET transparent background.

Submissions are due Friday, October 12, at 11:59 PM PST. Please get your submissions in by this deadline so we have time to put them all into the Megamix! Make sure you’re following the Pokemon Megamix by subscribing to AlmightyArceus, and following us on social media, @PokemonMegamix on Twitter and Instagram! We’ll be posting the release date on these places, so make sure you’re following us for notifications and for some dank Megamix and Pokemon related memes.

We’re so excited to be launching into our third year on this project, and can’t wait to see all the wonderful submissions people make! Logos will be in a link in this description of this video, so that you can use them for uploading your remixes to your channel. Feel free to upload them any time before the Megamix.
