Tutorial demonstrates how to install labelImg - a special tool for annotate custom classes on your own images for YOLOv3 algorithm.
Used OS: Windows 8 but fit on Windows 10 also.

0:03 - Idea. I want to annotate custom classes on my images for train YOLOv3 model for object detection.
0:17 - Step 1. Install a labelImg in Command Line (CMD).
0:46 - Step 2. Check dependencies for PyQt5 and lxml Python modules.
1:11 - Step 3. Run labelImg on you computer and start annotate new custom classes on your images. Have fun!
2:08 - What if you get error with resources.py. Suggestion is in video.
