A week ago Anno released an update to their sleeper game Anno 2205 that expands the content. This one adds a brand new zone with new zone missions. It's a giant area almost twice the size of the next biggest one and requires you to get fairly deep into the game before you can unlock it.
This video goes through the three main updates of the game. The first of these is changes to the trade system. The new trade system comes with an annoying sound, a ticking noise to give you commodity market updates. When you sell to the market now it sells at a locked in price for a locked in time which cannot be cancelled. It has to be renewed if you want to continue doing this trade at this rate. This turns the commodities market into a futures market where you can lock in an exceptionally high price and cash in on it forever, or choose to renew only if it ever goes up. This makes the commodoties market for stable and more profitable.
The next big change is that the monument will act like the monuments in the previous games. They will now give universal services. However they won't give an unlimited supply of all services like the previous. Instead add ons to the monument will slightly increase some and greatly increase others proportional to the needs of a standard evolution model.
And the crux of the update is the Wildwater Bay area. Coming with 10,000 square KM of space and a new mission, the area is massive. A ghost from the past haunts this particular area and his soul will not pass on until you complete one final task for him. Happily this is a profitable situation for you as well.
