Ok so this is my second vid about The Ann(e)s and definitely not my last. I hope to make more because I need to get through this endless hiatus. This is a vid from Ann Walker's POV because I felt that even though the last vid I made (which was from Anne Lister's POV) had some angst it was still on the light angst side. I wanted to show how much Ann Walker struggled with not only her decision to marry Anne but how much she struggled with her own mental health. I think that Sophie does an amazing job portraying Ann Walker and I really wanted to highlight that with this video. This song was challenging for me because of the tempo and the lyrics and just how angsty it was. I hope I stepped up to the challenge. I'm more nervous about posting this vid than posting my first one. Particularly because I wanted to do Ann Walker justice. I saw in an interview with Sophie where she said that Ann Walker was just as brave as Anne Lister if not more so because she had to come to terms with who she was faster and because she didn't have the confidence that Anne Lister had. It was a bigger hill to climb in a shorter time I think.
