About the talk:
Users are the heart of any application. Users are the sense of existence of each and every application. If you want your app to be successful - it needs to have users. And the best way to gain users is to listen to them.
Making sure that the user is in the center of the app development isn’t solely the job of a UX designer. Ensuring that the user adoption is high isn’t only the interest of a Product Owner. It is the joint effort of the whole project team. Join me during the masterclass to hear about three pillars that we use in Appsilon to keep the user in the center of the app development: prototyping, testing and measurement.
Speaker's bio:
Anna Skrzydło is an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, and R/Shiny developer with over 8 years of professional experience leading software and Data Science projects, facilitating user workshops and applying analytics to solve business problems. Regular speaker at industry conferences, including WhyR and Data Science Summit. Dog lover, salsa dancer and stand-up comedy fan.
