Developing countries are expanding their electricity supply, upgrading their infrastructure, building domestic industries. It is easiest to do all this with conventional technologies are highly reliant on fossil fuels. But it would be much better for our planet and its climate, if developing countries chose cutting-edge green technologies instead.
