In the week our new ops room went successfully live, we give the floor to An Exsteen, in charge of front-end support providing 24/7 support to our mission-critical ✈️ ops systems.

👉 An & her team within EUROCONTROL's Network Management Directorate Technology Division have, like our flow controllers & new building project team, been HUGELY busy these past months preparing for a smooth go-live of ops in our amazing new ops building.
It's their behind-the-scenes work that ensures NM Network Manager systems run round the 🕛 keeping European ✈️ traffic flowing smoothly, and helping passengers reach their destinations safely & on time!
