Well here one is, a siren recording. This 4th gen SRN located on Green & Hubbard along with the other 21 sirens in the city was tested for the first time of the season on March/10/2026 at 1PM EST. These sirens are tested monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 1PM March through October.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
On Feb/27/2026 2:42PM an article and public survey was posted by the city on feedback about possibly decommissioning the current system due to the system being $60K deep in repairs due to the lack of maintenance done and that they only went off twice in the past 5 years for an actual warning. The city of Ann Arbor has been wanting public feedback from the residents and the public on the idea, there's was a survey that you could do posted by them for the community to share your feedback about the idea, the city looked over that said survey on March/2/2026. Last I've seen from via comments and reposts, not a lot of people are happy with the idea. There for the decision is still in the air and its just basically a wait and see.
