This mechanism of injury animation demonstrates an ankle fractured a Plaintiff suffered after her leg was struck by a car.

The Plaintiff’s left foot was planted into the ground in such a way that when the vehicle impacted her leg, the force caused an avulsion in her talus that ripped her bone into three fragments. After demonstrating the mechanism of injury, the animation spins the ankle in 360 degrees to provide maximum context for the jury.

Olivier Taillieu, Esq., needed to show why his client deserved fair compensation for her initial ankle injury and surgical costs. He needed to educate jurors on why his client continues to feel relentless pain despite her ankle appearing to look healed.

The case resulted in a $2.4M jury verdict.
