Okay this was a complete 180 degree mood switch from my previous edl AMVs but it was time to show some of our good old disco musicβ¨
You know the type of songs you listen to on a bus while on highschool trip, yup that stuff π
This is also one of more iconic our songs thats for sure β¨
But ahh this was so fun to make, I definitely couldnt edit this with a straight face π
Id like to thank the EDL host for making this project happen this year as well, its honestly fun to participate, I always get to challenge myself to try out different things, and its cool to edit on another language, especially my first language which is croatian
And this AMV in particular was definitely an experience to remember cuz it just hits different when you understand the song and lyrics π Ill make sure to provide translation in pinned comment for all the international viewers π
And if youre wondering whats EDL well it stands for European day of languages and its meant to celebrate variety of languages and show appreciation for them. Here in this editing event its for editors to edit on their first language or language they deeply connect to so since my first language is croatian I edited on croatian song

So ammm here we are cuz I randomly thought this would be a good idea xd Okay I know that official music video for this song was released yesterday but I had inspiration for edit after first listen, just didnt immediately thought of MEP, that happened hour later π€£ And also I just realized this is the first MEP that I opened on Taylor Swift song, that so needs to change. Oh and one more thing before we get onto rules, for those wondering, no, previous MEPs are not cancelled, each one that still isnt done will be posted when ready!
