Los Angeles Convention Center (Pico Blvd & Gilbert Lindsay Plaza)

2 years prior, Anime Expo has blocked off Pico Blvd so that the attendees can walk across the street. Who knew this action was just a practice for AX Crossing. Based on the iconic Shibuya Crossing, it has not only closed off both sides of Pico Blvd., but also closed off the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza from the public. These enclosed areas has a music stage, food stalls, and food trucks. Near by on Pico Blvd., there's also a Beer Garden and a small Tokyo Ghoul theme café. Let's see if AX Crossing makes its return on the next Anime Expo.
