So here's the deal. I found one SuperPikachuRocks video on my PC ("2nd Finley's World episode premiere in SPR TV", to be exact).
Which reminds me that most of his videos are deleted, I thought "Holy crap, I've learned how to archive.." Well, the video only consists of logos, MS Paint pictures, TTS speech and his voice.
So, instead of wasting your time by reuploading the original video, I decided I should make another animation test by using the audio from the original video but retouched slightly and added a BGM into it.
(2015/04/13): Wow, the logos take up more time than the actual animation. Can't freaking believe it took me that long to remove them. The credits are now in the description.
Programs used:

Sony Vegas - Final editing

I managed to add a system where a different music plays when you fight a gym leader and theyre down to their last Pokemon in my ROM hack, just like in B/W/B2/W2. Its not exactly the same yet though, because it doesnt display a message from the gym leader.
I already have a video of it demonstrating the feature in my own hack, but this video demonstrates it on a plain ol Pokemon Red ROM.
Its as simple as you think:
The battle code checks whether or not youre fighting a gym leader, then it checks if the current Pokemon number theyre sending out is the same as the number of Pokemon they have (which is basically their last Pokemon)
If both of those conditions are met, it will play this music.")
