In this video I look over the project files for the Blender Animated Movie, Hero. This was the first animation that showed off what Blender's Grease Pencil can do in a professional animation workflow. I discuss how scenes were constructed, a character and asset placement, and how it relates to the camera. I also discuss different ways that they implemented 3D models in their 2D animation animation workflow.
