In this tutorial, I am showing how to animate 2d anime style plant leaves and foliage using After Effects and Blender3D. The effect filters I used in After effects are CC Bend It and Turbulent Displace. They are default filters that came pre-install with AE.

You can use any value that you find suitable for your animation.
