Spyderfy (blendermarket.com/products/spyderfy-bug-system-add-on/?ref=182) is a really powerful Blender plug-in that allows you to quickly add animated spiders and other bugs to your scene. The assets are very detailed, already rigged, animated and opimized for both cycles and eevee. I demonstrate step by step how to create a compelling VFX shot with it in this video. We go through the scene setup, simulating the spiders, rendering, compositing and a few extra tips.
