Use a layer mask and motion tween to create the illusion of a tag or signature being drawn.
At the end you may want to adjust the spray paint from the can so it does not blur as much. You can do this by double clicking your spray can movie clip, selecting your paint spot movie clip, then find and lower the blur amount in the properties bar.
