If you remember the episode from the Goodfeathers based from the Rocky Balboa Movie there's a character based from Mickey Goldmill who's named as Max.

He has the same characteristics as Mickey Goldmill with his gruff voice, his catchphrases like "turn you into a wrecking machine" and his wiseass remarks, including "ya bum" all the time.
