Bailey Frank is a Durham-based litigation attorney and Duke Law alum. Following law school, Bailey was selected as a Litigation Fellow for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, where she played a pivotal role in cases protecting endangered species, defending California’s landmark Proposition 12, and shutting down kitten-mill operations across the U.S. She later joined Gerber Animal Law Center as an Associate, litigating on behalf of companion-animal rescue organizations. Bailey serves on the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge and contributes to national policy discussions as a member of the ABA Subcommittee on Animals in Agriculture. She has been vegan for over a decade and shares her home with her beloved rescue companions, Pomegranate and DD.
