The Red ranks are when Tekken 8 ranked play becomes a little more difficult since you will usually get matched against higher ranking players who know what they are doing as opposed to the average scrubby player in the beginner and intermediate ranks. It's easy for people to get stuck in Red. Luckily, I found the secret!
If you listen to the famous 90's groove metal band PanterA, their music makes you want to cave someone's face in with your fist. So I booted up Tekken 8, determined to get the fudge outta' the Red Ranks and finally hit Purple.
Although PanterA helped, I also had a magic crutch: this really scrubby bread n' butter combo that I started with df+4
