Anguish is still insanely good after they fixed the double dipping on explosives scaling. Its definitely one of the best mods to be using since its a duration mod that can be used a LOT, and the loss of mod power generation doesn't hit it at all.
Forbidden dots is an exploit build that....will 100% get patched im sure, but there are only 2 good DoT builds right now and both are heatwave exploits, so....yeah....
