This is the Angry Birds 2 cheat & trick you were waiting for: How to get unlimited hearts and lives! You can do this trick using any iOS device. Therefore it's no real cheat, more like a Angry Birds 2 glitch as you don't need any cheating or hacking tool and no jailbreak.
What you have to do. Beware: It's iOS exclusive, it doesn't work for Android.
1) Play and use up all lives on Angry Birds 2.
2) Uninstall the app on your device. No worries your progress is synced across all devices using your Apple and GameCenter ID.
3) Reinstall the app on the Appstore, start it and all 5 lives are refilled! Furthermore you will start on the level you left before.
Enjoy! Maybe this might get fixed soon, so test at your own risk. Good luck! It takes a few minutes to download the app, but compared to the 30 minutes waiting time for another heart, it's still fast! Tell us in the comments, if the trick works for you!
