I pretty much never have any idea where to go, but I always seem to get there. I guess the game has that going for it. Also interesting that the component respawned in old town.")

The thing about the adaptive difficulty is that it makes me not really concerned as to whether I die or not. If I dont, great. If I do, the enemies are less spongey. Win/win.
That Jack chainsaw fight has always felt like a jankfest. I am probably sabotaging myself with how many resources Im using, but whatever. Im sure itll be fine.")

Well, it did it. It got me to use two of the life tethers. It turns out if you put enough tedious to fight enemies in a row, itll do it.
Wish they didnt put Cthulhu in the game. Treading on Quakes turf.")
