These past few months I have been experiencing a lot of intensity which has brought up difficult emotions to process.

I didn’t realize that I was unconsciously holding onto pain — almost out of habit.
This song came through for me when I felt very low and in despair.

I kept hearing the words, “fall away, fall away” which made me cry and I released everything I had been holding onto.
